Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wuhely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, holidays, or major promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed.
2. Shipping Area: We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- P.O. Boxes (in some cases)
- Remote or restricted areas
Orders with unsupported addresses may be canceled and refunded.
3. Shipping Fees: We offer transparent and straightforward shipping rates:
- Orders $35.00 and above: Free Standard Shipping
- Orders $0.00 – $34.99: Flat rate of $5
All shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping:
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time (after shipment): 7–12 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time (from the date you place your order to delivery): 8–15 business days.
Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, order volume, carrier performance, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or holidays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
6. Shipping Delays: Although we make every effort to process and deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wuhely is not responsible for delivery failures or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address changes can only be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will review your case and offer a suitable solution (replacement, refund, or partial refund).
9. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the carrier confirms delivery, Wuhely is no longer responsible for the package. For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist you with any necessary information.
