Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wuhely. We want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures clearly and transparently.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Items returned without prior approval
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@wuhely.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our approval and return instructions (including RMA number if applicable)
Please do not ship items back before receiving approval.
4. Shipping Fees & Restocking Fee
- Original Shipping Fee: Except when the return is due to our error (defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong item), the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: For customer-initiated returns (change of mind) of large or fragile ceramic items, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price may be charged. We will inspect the returned item and clearly inform you of the exact fee (if any) before processing the refund. No restocking fee applies to returns due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection, including any applicable restocking fee.
- If approved, we will refund the item price minus any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.
Refund Timeframe: Typically 5–10 business days after approval. Actual time depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. These cases are not subject to any restocking fee. We will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a full refund of the item price (excluding original shipping) or a replacement.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund (including original shipping). After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed.
8. No Exchanges
We currently do not provide direct exchange services. Please carefully review product details, specifications, sizes, and images before placing your order. We encourage you to choose thoughtfully and place orders with caution.
If you need a different item, please return the original product (if it meets the return eligibility criteria) and place a new order separately.
